Type A-Noon meeting: 10:30am-12:00noon District Governor meets with Club President, Board of Directors, Membership Chair, and Foundation Chair 12:00pm-1:30pm Regular club meeting Type B-Dinner Meeting: Dinner meetings start at various times. (5:30pm, 6:15pm, 7:00pm) The meeting of the District Governor with the Club President, Board of Directors, Membership Chair, and Foundation Chair should begin 1 ½ hours prior to the dinner meeting. Type C-Breakfast Meeting: The meeting of the District Governor with the Club President, Board of Directors, Membership Chair, and Foundation Chair should take place the day prior to the regular club breakfast meeting. This meeting could be from 4:00pm-5:30pm, 5:00pm-6:30pm, etc. It is not necessary for this to be a dinner meeting. The schedule can be worked out for what is best for each morning club and the District Governor.
