Whether you are a first time attendee or veteran, you will have a great time at the 2011 District Conference in Sacramento.
April 29, 30, & May 1, 2011
Register for the conference online now - you will be invoiced. Your Cost: Prior to October 31, 2010 - $230; prior to February 28, 2011 - $245; After February 28, 2011 - $260. Includes all sessions. Click here. Online registration is now closed for 2011 Conference. Look for the online registration for the 2012 conference at the new District Website on or after July 1, 2011. Contact Registrar Mark Henry to see if you can still add.
Registrations cancelled by April 17, 2011 will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after April 17, 2011. Contact Conference Registrar, Mark Henry, at mhenry@4x6.com or phone 209-499-5218 about registration and cancellation requests.

Friday, April 29, 2011 8:00 am Registration opens 10:30 – noon Business meeting; voting delegates must be present Noon - 4PM Lunch, followed by presentations, including: Mark Twain Rosemary Aragon Peace Scholar GSE team from Mexico And other exciting revelations! 4 – 5 PM Free time 5 – 6 PM Hospitality Hour, hosted by Areas 6 - 9:30 PM Dinner followed by speakers and entertainment, including: Mike Robbins Stephen B, comedian
Saturday, April 30, 2011 7 am Registration opens 7:15 am Presidents & AGs practice for flag ceremony 8 – 11 am Breakfast, followed by presentations, including: GSE team to India Mobility Project Jim Niskanen, A perfect Storm Interact Speech Contest Winner
12:15 – 1:30 PM Lunch with RI President’s Rep, Brenda Cressey
1:30 PM – 5 PM is “free time” for many attendees. Below are the “organized” afternoon activities:
1:30 – 2 PM Promenade Practice requiring all Presidents, AGs, Presidents Elect and AGs Elect 1:30 – 3 PM H.O.T. [Help Our Troops] Project
5 – 6 PM Hospitality Hour hosted by Areas 6 – 10:30 PM Dinner, featuring the following: Silent Auction [to benefit your own Paul Harris!] President’s Promenade Matt Emerzian, Every Monday Matters Dance to the Music of Blue A Fuse
Sunday, May 1, 2011 7:30– 8:15 am Interfaith Service 8:30 – Noon Breakfast, following by presentations, including: Memorial Service Tom Changnon, Choose Civility Club Awards |
