Rotary District 5220 offers a wide range of programs for Youth. A new District policy has been developed covering protecting youth from abuse and vetting those who work with youth to assure that protection. While the policy initially applies to Youth Exchange as an RI requirement for District participation in the International program, we are expecting to develop it in a way that will apply to virtually all aspects of Youth Service.
