Q 5/9/08 ATTENDANCE SPREADSHEET: Used the last week at the bottom of the page. Won't scroll any farther. Cannot use next week.

A Go to file, scroll down and click on "Repair and Compact Database". If you have a page open, click on YES. Takes about 5 seconds and you are done. Click on the Attendance icon and you will find you can scroll down to more weeks of attendance.

Q 5/7/08 CHANGE YEAR: I can not seem to figure out how to change the attendance year from 06/08 to 07/08.

A This is a quirk in CAS. What you need to do is go to "View", "Club Setup". Click on the "Descriptions" tab and then click on the "View Club Structure" box.

Select the current year, and select ANY position, Click "Use", and then OK.

Once done, CAS is ready to recognize the current year.
