Keeping track of our clubs, our members, and their attendance is very important. We set goals for ourselves which are measured using comparable numbers from differing time periods. Fund allocations, dues charged, eligibility for awards, classification of club sizes and many more things depend on the accuracy of reporting.

Just like in your business or profession, we can't manage what we can't measure.
