District Governor-Elect Liz Hosmer is an active member of the Rotary Club of Ceres, joining husband Dave in the club in 2001. She was named Rotarian of the year in 2003 and served as club President in 2005-2006. During her Presidential year she led her club on their first club wide, hands-on International Project, a wheelchair distribution in Guatemala.

From the first year she joined Rotary, Liz became involved in District activities. She has chaired several events and, was co-District Conference chair with Dave in 2008, has been a presenter at many training seminars, been an assistant governor, and district literacy chair. She currently serves on the Grants and Long Range Planning committees while Dave serves as the District Treasurer.
